NEXCESS is an independent video game. The NEXCESS game and this website are not affiliated with, associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the Nexcess hosting company (nexcess.net), Liquid Web, LLC, or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates.
A matching or similar name does not imply any connection, partnership or endorsement. We do not provide hosting services and do not represent Nexcess. If you are looking for the Nexcess hosting provider, please visit their official website — we cannot help with their services.

2. Advertising platforms
Ads for NEXCESS may appear on third-party platforms: search engines, social networks, video platforms and ad networks. This site is not part of those platforms and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by them.
Any mention of Discord, Telegram, YouTube, X and other services means only that the project has its own pages there. We are also not affiliated with game stores or distribution platforms unless we have expressly stated otherwise.
3. Trademarks
All third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used solely for identification. Mentioning them does not imply any connection with, or endorsement by, the rights holder.
4. Site materials
- Photos on the Site are from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash License for illustration. They are not screenshots or footage from the game.
- Interface elements — the "build status", node card, terminal and countdown — are stylized demos. The values shown in them are illustrative.

All servers, networks, companies, attacks and hacks in NEXCESS are fictional and exist only inside the game simulation. The game does not interact with real infrastructure and does not teach unlawful access to computer systems. Any resemblance to real companies, networks or events is coincidental.
In-game "credits", resources and other in-game items mentioned on the Site are fictional. The Site does not offer financial or investment products.
